Its as true for this event as it is for any other…we couldn’t do what we do without our sponsors. We’re extremely fortunate to have a great bunch of partners that work with us to make the event happen every year. Saint Clair Family Estate have been with us from the start, they saw the potential awesome-ness of the event right from the beginning and 7 years later they will provide 2500 bottles of premium Marlborough produce as the official Trophy. As a family owned business their passion is all about the region and their part in its famous produce. Sharing that passion is what this event is all about.
But we also want to welcome some new sponsors on board; over the next few weeks we will be featuring our new partners and the contribution they make to the event. Sponsors such as Thermatech and Salomon will see you kitted out with the right gear. Both these companies kit out some of the world’s top athletes and have a long pedigree in performance footwear and apparel. Watch this handy video on shoe fitting if you want to get it just right on the day.
On the food and beverage front the Hairy Mussel and Renaissance Brewing Co have combined to make one of our famous taste stations on the course…watch out for them at the 18km mark. …And New Zealand KingSalmon will be there at the Finishing line and the Finishing Toast tantalizing taste buds and pleasing palates with their locally grown produce.
Marlborough Light and Sound will provide all the technical back up for Mel Parsons who will be playing at the Saint Clair Cellar Door… and later MLS will make sure the sound is all good at the Finishing Toast so you can dance until you cant dance no more…
